Head and early start services

It is an accepted fact that, earlier the intervention, the more its effectiveness. Infants are the foundation of the community, and it is necessary to formulate responsive services to ensure that infants at risk receive intervention through 'head start' or 'early start' services. Such services can minimize the potential for developmental delays, and reduce the overall costs to the community.
